My journey into social impact started directly on the ground in Pakistan. I began by tackling some of the most critical and complex challenges facing our communities, including peacebuilding, women's empowerment, and combating Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV). Seeing firsthand how digital spaces could be weaponized to marginalize vulnerable groups drove me to act. I focused my career on learning how to build safer, more inclusive digital ecosystems where women and youth can safely thrive.That path brought me to the intersection of technology and community development.
Today, I am a Project Manager who acts as a translator between technical systems and human needs. When managing a digital platform like NextQadam, I look beyond the code and websites to focus on the human infrastructure required to make it work. I specialize in bridging this gap by coordinating developers, building institutional partnerships, designing MEAL frameworks, and running youth orientations to turn a digital tool into a scalable lifeline.
I serve best when collaborating with international NGOs, forward-thinking non-profits, and tech-for-good organizations. I bring the most value to teams that need an execution-focused manager who understands the delicate complexities of gender equity and social cohesion.
At the same time, I maintain the strict operational discipline required to manage cross-functional teams and deliver flawless, data-driven performance reports to international donors.
