Accessibility Statement

Being seen should not depend on how you browse. ProSeen aims to be usable with keyboards, screen readers and assistive technologies, on slow connections and small screens. That goes for the people building their pages and for every visitor reading one.

What we build to

We work toward the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines: semantic structure, labeled controls, keyboard navigability, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, and text alternatives for meaningful images. Professional pages come with a contrast guard, so a page owner's color choices cannot make their page unreadable.

What that means in practice

Concretely, across the product you can expect:

• Keyboard access. Building your page and booking a time on someone else's are designed to work without a mouse, including moving items up and down with buttons instead of dragging. Dialogs keep focus inside while open and return it when they close; Escape closes them.
• Screen reader support. Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists. Controls carry accessible names, images that matter carry alternatives, and purely decorative flourishes are hidden from assistive technology.
• Readable by default. Text sizes scale with your browser settings, color is never the only carrier of meaning, and light accent colors are automatically deepened where text sits on them.
• Motion with consent. Animations, carousels and scroll effects respect your reduced-motion preference; with it set, content appears without movement and nothing auto-advances.
• Small screens and slow connections. Every page works at phone width without sideways scrolling, images load lazily, and nothing essential depends on a heavy download.
• Forms that help. Fields carry visible labels, errors are announced and explained in plain words, and nothing is lost when a save fails.

Where we are

ProSeen is young and improving every week. Some parts of the product will fall short while we build; when we find a gap, fixing it is treated as a bug, not a feature request. Accessibility review is part of how new features ship, not an afterthought, and reports from real assistive-technology users regularly reshape what we build.

Third-party content

Some things on ProSeen pages come from other services: embedded videos, scheduling widgets from Cal.com or Calendly, and our payment provider's checkout. We choose partners with accessible products, but their interfaces are theirs; where one falls short for you, tell us and we will pass it on and look for a workaround on our side.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you use; screenshots or recordings help but are never required. Reports like these get priority, and you will hear back from a person.
