Terms of Service
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ProSeen when you use proseen.me. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
1. Who can use ProSeen
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a contract. Your account belongs to you as a person; keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you believe it has been compromised.
2. Your ProSeen URL
Publishing gives you a page at proseen.me/yourname. Usernames are allocated first come, first served, must not impersonate anyone or infringe a trademark, and certain names are reserved. If you change your username, the old address redirects for a period and may later be released under our reclaim rules. Usernames belong to the platform; the identity on the page belongs to you.
3. Your content stays yours
Everything you put on your page remains your property. You grant ProSeen the licence we need to operate: to host, display, resize, index and distribute your public content as part of running the service, including making public pages available to search engines and AI systems. This licence ends for content you delete, except where it already appears in caches we do not control.
4. You are responsible for what you upload
Photos, portfolio work and documents you add must be yours to use. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Testimonials
You may only publish a testimonial with the permission of the person who gave it, and it must be genuine. You are responsible for the testimonials on your page.
6. Accuracy of credentials
This one matters most. ProSeen exists so people can trust what they see. Credentials, certifications, experience and professional metrics you present must be true and yours. Misrepresenting qualifications is grounds for removal of content or the account, and where a credential is one a client would rely on, we treat fabrication as serious abuse.
7. Published means public
A published page is a public webpage, indexed and shareable. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail and describes your indexing and directory controls.
8. Moderation
Every public page carries a report option. We review reports, act where our Acceptable Use standards are breached, and offer an appeal. We may unpublish or suspend content or accounts to protect users and the platform.
9. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from settings, and export your data first. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Third-party links
Pages link outward: websites, social profiles, booking tools. Those destinations are not ours and we are not responsible for them.
11. Paid services
ProSeen's core presence is free. When paid plans launch, their terms, pricing and billing rules will be presented before you pay, and payment is processed by a merchant of record. Paid features can evolve; genuinely free features stay genuinely usable.
12. The service as it is
We work to keep ProSeen fast, available and correct, and we do not promise perfection. ProSeen is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
13. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProSeen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what visitors, clients or other users do, or for opportunities that did or did not arrive. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
14. Governing law and disputes
ProSeen is a Pakistan-based startup serving professionals worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try honest conversation before anything formal.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use ProSeen after that means you accept the updated terms.
