Refund Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
ProSeen's paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles the charge, taxes and receipts. This page explains what happens when you cancel, when you get money back, and how to ask.
Cancelling
Cancel any time with one button in Settings, no questions asked. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your page carries on as Free. Nothing you built is deleted; paid extras simply switch off and return if you ever come back.
When you get a refund
- Accidental or duplicate charges. Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled? That is our mistake or a billing error, and it is refunded in full, promptly.
- First purchase, within 14 days. If you bought a paid plan for the first time and it is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Something was broken. If a fault on our side stopped a paid feature working for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us; we refund or credit fairly.
Renewal charges outside these cases are generally not refunded; cancelling instead stops the next charge. Where the law of your country gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
How to ask
Email hello@proseen.me from your account email with the word “refund” in the subject, or reply to the Paddle receipt that came with your charge. A person answers within two working days. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method; banks typically show them within 5 to 10 working days.
Yearly plans
Yearly billing carries a discount for paying ahead. Cancelling a yearly plan stops the next renewal; the current year stays active to the end. The 14-day first-purchase window above applies to yearly plans too.
