Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

ProSeen pages should contain only work and words their owner has the right to use. When that is not the case, this is how we fix it.

Reporting copyright infringement

If your work appears on a ProSeen page without permission, email proseen.me@gmail.com with: 1) a link to the ProSeen page, 2) identification of the work and where the original lives, 3) your name and contact details, and 4) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized and that your report is accurate. We review promptly and remove infringing content while the matter is resolved.

Trademarks and impersonation

Usernames and page content must not impersonate a person or brand or trade on a trademark that is not yours. Rights holders can report a username or page with evidence of the mark or identity concerned; we may reassign usernames and remove content that creates real confusion.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the complaint was mistaken, reply to the notice you received with an explanation and any evidence of your rights. A person reviews every counter-notice; content is restored where the complaint does not stand up.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly publish content they have no rights to lose their pages, and in serious cases the account itself.
