Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or over can apply. We review every application and may decline or end any affiliate relationship. Approval gives you a personal link and code; it doesn't make you an employee, agent or representative of ProSeen.

2. Commission

You earn 25% of the net eligible subscription revenue from each customer you refer, on every payment for their first 12 paid months. Net eligible revenue is what the customer actually paid for Plus, Pro or Business, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits and fees.

3. Attribution

  • When someone opens your link, we remember the referral for 90 days.
  • If they create an account in that window, the referral is saved to their account permanently. If they upgrade within 12 months of signing up, you earn.
  • The first referral wins. A customer is credited to one affiliate or partner only, never both.
  • An explicit partner code or offer takes priority over an affiliate link.

4. Payouts

Commission is pending for 30 days after each payment to allow for refunds, then approved. We pay approved commission monthly once your balance reaches US$50; smaller balances roll over. We may ask for payment and tax details before paying, and we'll never ask for them by chat or social media.

5. Refunds and reversals

If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. If it was already paid, we deduct it from future commission.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you recommend ProSeen, in line with the advertising rules where you and your audience are.

7. Prohibited promotion

  • Referring yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you create for others without their knowledge.
  • Fake accounts, incentivized sign-ups or paying people to register.
  • Misleading claims about ProSeen, its prices, results or features.
  • Spam, including unsolicited bulk email or messages.
  • Pretending to be ProSeen, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us.
  • Bidding on “ProSeen” or similar terms in search advertising.
  • Posting codes or links on coupon sites to capture referrals you didn't earn.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any hidden redirects.

8. Fraud and termination

We may withhold or reverse commission connected to fraud or a breach of these terms, and may end your participation at any time. If we end it without a breach, approved commission already earned is still paid.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change that reduces your commission; referrals made before the change keep the terms they were made under.
