Partner Network Terms

These are the baseline principles for every ProSeen partner. Strategic partnerships are also covered by a signed agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.
1. Default terms
- Your members get 10% off Plus and Pro for their first 12 months after joining through you.
- Your organization receives 15% of the revenue actually charged to those members, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks, for their first 12 paid months.
- Discount, share and duration can be set differently for a partner, and are confirmed in writing.
2. Attribution
Members are credited to you through your partner page, your link, your code, or by choosing your organization when they sign up. The relationship is saved when their account is created, so later upgrades still count. Each account has one commercial owner: a subscription never pays both a partner and an affiliate.
3. Payouts
Revenue share is pending for 30 days after each payment, then paid monthly with a statement once the balance reaches US$50.
4. Branding
Each side may use the other's name and logo only to describe the partnership, in the form both have approved. Neither side may suggest the other endorses anything beyond the partnership.
5. Members' data
We share adoption numbers with you, not members' private information. Each member's page and account belong to that member, whatever their relationship with your organization.
6. Conduct
The prohibited promotion rules of the Affiliate Program Terms apply to partners too, including honest claims, no spam and no search ads on the ProSeen name.
7. Term and ending
Either side may end a partnership with 30 days' written notice. Members keep any discount they already have for the rest of its period, and share already earned is paid.
