AI writing credits

Which plans: Plus (20 credits a month) and Pro (100 credits a month)

Let AI draft or improve the words on your page, then check them and save.

Before you start

  • Plan: Plus (20 credits a month) and Pro (100 credits a month).
  • A few notes help: what to stress, what to leave out, or the tone you want.
  • It can write your headline, your story, service descriptions, featured work, the roles in your journey, event stories, and the case study fields that go with a client testimonial. It never writes the testimonial itself.

Write an empty field

  1. Open the section's editor on your page.
  2. Select Write with AI beside the empty field.
  3. If you like, add notes in Anything it should know? (optional).
  4. Select Suggest.
  5. Read the suggestion.
  6. Select Use this.
  7. Check every fact.
  8. Select Save.

Improve text you wrote

  1. Select Improve with AI beside the field. It starts right away.
  2. Compare Your text with Improved.
  3. Select Use this to take it, or Keep mine to leave your text as it is.
  4. Check every fact.
  5. Select Save.

Ask for a different version

  1. Type what to change in Anything to change? (optional), such as “shorter”.
  2. Select Try again. It counts as a new suggestion.

Undo a change

  1. After you select Use this, select Undo to get your earlier text back.
  2. Select Redo if you want the AI text again.

What each suggestion costs

  • Headline: 1 credit
  • Story: 2 credits
  • Service description: 1 credit
  • Featured work: 1 credit
  • Journey role: 1 credit
  • Event story: 1 credit
  • Each case study field on a testimonial: 1 credit

What happens next

  • Nothing changes until you select Use this, and nothing goes live until you save.
  • Credits are used only when a suggestion comes back. If nothing comes back, nothing is used.
  • The AI button shows how many credits you have left. Settings, under Plan & billing, shows the full balance under AI writing credits.
  • Monthly credits refill on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
  • Bonus credits from ProSeen don't expire. They're used after your monthly credits run out.

What the AI won't do:

  • It works only from what's on your page and the notes you give it. It doesn't invent clients, employers, numbers, results or qualifications.
  • It uses protected titles, such as licensed or certified, only when your profession or details show them.
  • It doesn't promise outcomes to your clients.
  • It writes in the language of your notes or text. Members in the United States get American spelling; everyone else gets British spelling.

If something goes wrong

  • The button says there aren't enough credits left: your monthly credits refill on the 1st. The button links to the pricing page if you want more.
  • “That's a lot of suggestions in one hour”: there is an hourly limit. Wait a little and try again.
  • “No suggestion came back”: no credit was used. Try different notes.
  • “The writing assistant is busy”: try again in a minute.
  • “AI writing has reached this month's limit”: AI writing is paused for everyone until the 1st. No credits were used.
  • A fact is wrong: fix it in the field before you save.
