Which plans: All plans

Choose a plan, pay for it, switch or cancel it, and know what happens to your page when you change.

Before you start

  • Plans: ProSeen has Free, Plus and Pro. Every plan gets a real page at proseen.me/yourname.
  • Sign in before you buy, so the plan goes on your page.
  • A card or another payment method that Creem accepts.

Prices

  • Plus: $4.99 a month, or $47.90 a year
  • Pro: $12.99 a month, or $124.70 a year

Paying yearly costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Pakistan has lower prices, applied at checkout by location and charged in USD. Payments are handled by Creem, which issues your receipts.

Which plan has what

  • Your own domain: Plus and Pro
  • No ProSeen branding: Plus and Pro
  • Your brand color and fonts: Plus and Pro
  • Message form and Leads: Pro
  • Scheduling on your page: Pro
  • Extra pages: Pro

Compare the plans

  1. Open the pricing page.
  2. Select Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Scroll to Compare the plans under the plan cards.

Buy a plan

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open the pricing page.
  3. Select Monthly or Yearly.
  4. Select Get Plus or Go Pro.
  5. Pay at checkout.

Your new features switch on within a minute of payment.

Switch between paid plans

  1. Open the pricing page while you're signed in.
  2. Select Switch to Pro or Switch to Plus.

The plan changes straight away, and the price difference is prorated.

Update your card

  1. Go to Settings, then Plan & billing.
  2. Select Update card.
  3. Enter the new card on the page that opens.

See your invoices

  1. Go to Settings, then Plan & billing.
  2. Select Manage billing.

Cancel a paid plan

  1. Go to Settings, then Plan & billing.
  2. Select Cancel plan.
  3. Select OK to confirm.

Settings then shows Cancels at the end of this period. Your paid features stay until the end of the period you've paid for, then your page carries on as Free. For money back, see the Refund Policy.

What happens next

When you move to a smaller plan, nothing you've added is deleted. Your page shows what the smaller plan includes, and the rest waits:

  • Where the plan shows fewer items, such as services or testimonials, your page shows the first ones in your list. While editing, a note tells you how many are showing and that the rest are kept. To save changes to that section, bring it within your plan's number first.
  • Visitors to your own domain are sent to your proseen.me page.
  • The message form and scheduling leave your page. Past messages and bookings stay in your dashboard.
  • Extra pages go offline, and the ProSeen branding, preset colors and fonts come back.
  • Monthly AI writing credits stop. Bonus credits from ProSeen stay.

Move back up and everything shows again.

If something goes wrong

  • “Checkout couldn't open just now”: nothing was charged. Try again in a minute.
  • “We couldn't confirm the switch just now”: check your plan under Settings, Plan & billing before trying again. If anything looks wrong, write to us and we'll sort it out.
  • “Billing management isn't available right now”: write to us and we'll help.
  • “Payment needs attention” in Settings: your last payment didn't go through. Select Update card.
  • “You already have a paid plan”: use the switch button on the plan you want instead.
