Export or delete your page

Which plans: All plans

Download your data, take your page offline for a while, or delete your account and page for good.

Before you start

  • Plan: every plan can do all of this.
  • Sign in. Everything here is in Settings, under Privacy.
  • Before you delete, download your data and save copies of your photos and files.

Download your data

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  2. Find Download my data.
  3. Select Download.

You get one file in JSON format, a plain text format other tools can read. It holds:

  • Your account and your notification settings
  • Your page's details, such as your name, headline, story, location and settings
  • Every section: services, links, credentials, featured work, gallery, videos, journey, events, stat cards, numbers, what you're open to, and extra pages
  • Your testimonials, and the ones clients sent through your request link
  • Your leads and bookings, without your visitors' private booking links
  • Your scheduling settings
  • A list of your uploaded files with their links

The file lists your photos and other uploads but doesn't contain them. Open each link to download a file.

Download your leads as a spreadsheet

On Pro.

  1. Go to Dashboard, then Leads.
  2. Select Download CSV.

Take your page offline

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  2. Under Page visibility, select Unpublish page.

Only you can see your page now. To bring it back as it was, select Publish page in the same place.

Hide your page from the directory

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  2. Under ProSeen directory, select Hide from directory.

Your page stays live. To list it again, select Show me in the directory.

Keep your page out of search engines

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  2. Under Search engines & AI assistants, select Stop indexing.

Search engines are asked not to index your page. To undo it, select Allow indexing.

Delete your account

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  2. Under Delete my account, select Delete my account….
  3. Read the warning.
  4. Type your username in the box.
  5. Select Delete my account.

Changed your mind? Select Keep my account instead.

What happens next

  • Deleting permanently removes your account, your page, its photos and its stats, and disconnects your own domain if you have one. You can't undo it.
  • If you have a paid plan, ProSeen cancels it first, so you aren't charged again.
  • ProSeen emails you once the account is gone.

If something goes wrong

  • “You own an organization page”: delete it in Dashboard, then Organization, first. Then delete your account.
  • Your paid plan has to be canceled first: email hello@proseen.me and we'll cancel it and delete your account.
  • “We couldn't cancel your paid plan just now”: nothing was deleted. Try again in a few minutes.
  • “Couldn't delete your account just now”: your page and files are untouched. Email hello@proseen.me.
  • No Page visibility option: your page isn't published yet, so there's nothing to take offline.
