Which plans: All plans

Build your ProSeen page by answering questions about your work, then put it live with one button.

Before you start

  • Plan: every plan can build and publish a page.
  • A clear photo of you, as a JPG or PNG file.
  • One line on what you do and who you do it for.
  • A few lines about your work.
  • At least one service you offer.
  • One way for people to reach you: an email, a phone or WhatsApp number, or a link.
  • If you have them: words from clients who agreed to be quoted, and the numbers behind your work.

Nothing is public until you select Publish my page. A live preview of your page sits beside the questions the whole time.

Create your account

  1. Go to the ProSeen sign-up page.
  2. Select Continue with Google. To use your email instead, follow the next four steps.
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Enter a password.
  5. Select Create your page.
  6. Open the email ProSeen sends you and select its link.

Build your page

  1. On What field are you in?, select your field. You can also type your profession in the search box.
  2. On Pick your profession, select your profession.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. On Claim your address, type Your name.
  5. Check the Username. It becomes your address, proseen.me/yourname.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. On Introduce yourself in one line, write your Headline.
  8. Add your location.
  9. Add the languages you work in.
  10. Select Continue.
  11. On Add your photo, select Upload a photo and choose a photo of you.
  12. Select Continue.
  13. On Your story, write a few lines about your work and who you serve.
  14. Select Continue.
  15. On How you help, fill in the service's Title.
  16. Fill in its Short description. The Rate (optional) is up to you.
  17. To add another service, select + Add another service.
  18. Select Continue.
  19. On How people reach you, choose what visitors see: your email, phone, WhatsApp or links.
  20. Select Continue.
  21. On What clients say, add a client's words only if they agreed. Keep I have this person's permission to publish their words ticked only when that's true.
  22. Select Continue.
  23. On Your track record, add your numbers and pick your Expertise & specialisms.
  24. Select Continue.

The photo, services and contact screens have Do this later; you'll need them before you publish. The clients and track record screens have Skip this step. Every screen after the first has Back. Each screen saves when you select Continue, so you can stop and come back later.

Publish it

  1. On the last screen, read the list. If the screen says Almost there, something is still needed.
  2. Select Add it beside a missing item. It takes you to that screen.
  3. Fill it in, then select Continue until you reach the last screen again.
  4. When the screen says Ready when you are, select Publish my page.

Your page needs these before it can go live:

  • Your field
  • Your name and page address
  • A one-line introduction
  • A photo of you
  • A few lines about your work
  • At least one service you offer
  • One way for people to reach you

What happens next

  • Your page is live at your address. You can change everything on it later; see Edit, reorder and hide sections.
  • ProSeen tells search engines that use IndexNow, such as Bing, about your new page straight away.
  • Your published page will be listed in the ProSeen directory when it opens on January 1, 2027, unless you hide it there.

Change your page address

  1. Go to Settings, then Account.
  2. Under Username & page address, type the new username.
  3. Select Change username.

You can change it twice a year. Old links keep redirecting to the new address. To take your page offline or out of search, see Export or delete your page.

If something goes wrong

  • No Publish my page button: something is still missing. Select Add it beside each item in the list.
  • “That one is taken or reserved”: try another username.
  • “Publishing didn't go through that time”: your page is saved. Select Publish my page again.
  • “Publishing is paused for a short while”: your page is saved. Come back a little later and publish.
  • You closed the tab halfway: sign in again. Everything up to your last Continue is saved.
