Edit, reorder and hide sections

Which plans: All plans

Change what's on your page, put sections in the order you want, and hide the ones visitors shouldn't see.

Before you start

  • Plan: every plan can edit, move and hide sections and pick a preset accent color. Your exact brand color and font style come with Plus and Pro. Removing the ProSeen branding comes with Plus and Pro.
  • Sign in. You edit right on your page, so what you see is what visitors see.

Edit a section on your page

  1. Open your page while you're signed in.
  2. Select Edit on the section. An empty section shows an Add button instead, such as Add services.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Select Save.

Edit a section from your dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My page, then Content.
  2. Select Edit or Add beside the section. Your page opens with that section's editor ready.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Select Save.

The Content tab lists every section with what's in it. Where your plan sets a limit, it also shows how many you've used.

Move a section

  1. Open your page while you're signed in.
  2. Find the bar at the top of the section you want to move.
  3. Select Move up or Move down.

The change saves at once, and the page reloads in its new order. You can move your story, services, featured work, gallery, videos, events, credentials, journey, testimonials, contact and booking sections. Some of them are named for your profession. Your introduction (name, headline and photo) always stays at the top. Empty sections are skipped and keep their place for when you add something.

Hide a section

  1. Open your page while you're signed in.
  2. Find the bar at the top of the section.
  3. Turn off Show on my page.

Visitors no longer see that section. You still do, marked Hidden from visitors, and nothing in it is deleted. To bring it back, turn Show on my page on again.

Check what visitors see

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My page.
  2. Open the Preview tab.

Hidden sections don't appear there.

Change your accent color

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My page, then Design.
  2. Under Accent color, select one of the preset colors.

It saves as soon as you select it.

Use your own brand color and font

On Plus and Pro.

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My page, then Design.
  2. Under Your color and fonts, enter your Brand color.
  3. Pick a Font style.
  4. Select Save style.

Hide or show the ProSeen branding

On Plus and Pro. Pages on these plans carry no ProSeen branding unless you turn it back on.

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My page, then Design.
  2. Under ProSeen branding, select Hide ProSeen branding or Show ProSeen branding.

What happens next

  • Your page updates as soon as each save goes through.
  • Your gallery lets you choose a layout, and so do your testimonials once more than one is on show.
  • For help with wording, see AI writing credits.

If something goes wrong

  • “Your plan shows up to” a number: you've reached your plan's limit for that list. Remove an item, or see the pricing page.
  • “A page can list up to” a number: that list is full on every plan.
  • Move up or Move down is grayed out: the section is already first or last among the sections that have something in them.
  • A section is missing for visitors: check that Show on my page is on.
  • “Visitors have no way to reach you from your page while this is hidden”: you hid both your contact and booking sections. Turn one of them back on.
  • “Couldn't save just now”: check your connection and try again.
